About this role

Overview

The Bilingual Contact Center Sales Advisor (Reach Financial Opener) position is non-exempt and focused on providing exceptional phone support for National Debt Relief’s clientele who are enrolled in our debt settlement program. The role consists of answering general inquiries from clients, addressing any problems or concerns they may have, and anticipating our client’s needs as they progress through our program to ensure successful completion. A typical day consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls, determining loan eligibility, and maintaining a positive rapport with our client base to ensure they receive the best possible experience with National Debt Relief. Every interaction offers an opportunity to instill courage in our clients. Through your support and commitment, you will empower them to take bold and informed steps toward financial freedom. This position has an expected start date of 3/30/2026. This is a full-time remote role. We are currently hiring for positions in AZ, FL, GA, MI, NC, NV, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, and UT.

 

We are seeking individuals who are available for the following 8 hour shift scheduling options: Monday - Friday from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern Time. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assess client's financial position
  • Enroll qualified clients into an express loan consolidation program
  • Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to National Debt Relief and the Loyalty team’s policies and procedures and any applicable changes to either

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Computer competency and the ability to work with a computer
  • 2 years’ frontline experience in sales, financial services, or loan processing
  • Experience in a contact center preferred
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with an acute attention to detail
  • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, polite, flexible, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic when faced with complex problems

Soft Skills Qualifications Include the Ability to:

  • Comfortable working in a goal driven, fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Clearly explain details about the company's loan program to prospective customers
  • Recall details of calls with clients and to record those details accurately in Salesforce
  • De-escalate stressful situations
  • Support and de-escalate vulnerable and sometimes difficult clients
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions
  • Take constructive feedback

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions
  • Take constructive feedback
  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $20.50/hr + eligible for performance based bonuses.
