The Government Affairs division of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) is looking to hire two, Administrative Assistant III for our Washington DC office. The Administrative Assistant III supports the Government Affairs department by providing advanced administrative logistical, and operational support. This role performs a broad range of administrative duties requiring independent judgment, discretion, and a thorough understanding of organizational policies and procedures to support efficient departmental operations. This is a full-time position based out of our Washington D.C. office.
Responsibilities Include
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required
Preferred Experience
Associate's degree or completion of some college coursework is preferred.
Systems & Technology Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proactive willingness to learn new technology is required.
Compensation
Starting at $29.73 an hour up to $38.46 an hour, commensurate with education and experience.
