The National Ability Center is seeking an enthusiastic Community and Transition Program Assistant to help bring our Camps, Community, and Education programs to life during an unforgettable summer in Park City, Utah. This hands-on, people-first role is perfect for someone who loves working directly with adults with disabilities, thrives in an active outdoor environment, and wants to make a real impact every single day. Job Summary:
The Community and Transition Program Assistant will support in implementation of transitional and camp programming and transportation of participants with varying physical, developmental, intellectual, and cognitive disabilities. This is a full-time seasonal position with a commitment to work starting May 4, 2026 through September 20, 2026. It requires working Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and after-hours work. This position is not eligible for remote work.
