Clinical & Procedural
- Perform advanced facial and skincare services such as cleansing facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and LED light therapy tailored to patient needs.
- Conduct skin evaluations to determine appropriate treatments, skincare products, and home care recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest skincare ingredients and technologies to guide patient education.
- Assist with aesthetic injectable procedures (Botox, fillers, etc.) if trained and credentialed.
- Perform body contouring procedures using approved devices and techniques.
- Administer weight loss injections and monitor patient tolerance and progress.
- Provide patient consultations for weight loss and body contouring services, including assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Ensure all procedures are performed following safety protocols, infection control, and documentation standards.
- Educate patients on post-procedure care to optimize results.
- Confidently upsell products and services by educating patients on additional offerings that support their wellness and aesthetic goals.
- Promote and explain weight loss programs, skincare products, and add-on treatments during consultations and follow-up visits.
- Build long-term relationships with patients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Current license - State of Florida Aesthetician with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in body contouring and weight loss program management in a clinical, medical spa, or wellness environment.
- Strong consultation and sales skills with a natural ability to educate and recommend services.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with EMR systems and willingness to assist with front desk operations.
- Willingness to complete a recognized nutrition counseling program within 6 months of hire (supported by the practice to enhance patient care and service offerings).
- Familiarity with body contouring equipment (Musculpting, Cryotech, or similar body contouring platforms).
- Knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle counseling to support weight loss programs.
- Experience with IV therapy or advanced injectables (preferred but not required).
