The Team

We support our Gas Operations business by processing work packages for customer and mandated work.

What You'll Do

  • Print and assemble Main packages with a 90% error free rate
  • Ensure the data integrity of information entered into our work management system
  • Track and manage work from multiple stakeholders
  • Act as the liaison to municipal officials to resolve issues
  • Apply for dig - safe tickets and road opening permits
  • Reconcile credit card purchases (permits) monthly
  • Support and participate in the teams Bi-Weekly Hub

About You

  • Preferably you'll have a bachelor’s degree
  • If not, a high school diploma and 3+ years of data-related experience is required
  • You'll be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • You're able to travel locally within the MA service area up to 10% of the time
  • You've proven your ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously
  • You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A valid driver’s license is required

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
