About this role
Nasoft is hiring a Creative Specialist for one of our clients, a creative advertising company, to join an Egypt-based team supporting a Kuwait-based media production company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the creative direction for video and photo shoots.
- Analyze assigned e-commerce stores and projects from a creative perspective and develop suitable mood boards for shoots.
- Coordinate and communicate closely with the Production Manager in Kuwait regarding shoot planning, timelines, and deliverables.
- Review received photos and videos, providing constructive creative feedback (what works / what needs improvement).
- Follow up with retouching and editing teams to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensure final approved visuals are delivered to the Account Manager on time and according to the brief.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication.
- 2–3 years of experience in media production, creative coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of photography and videography tools, including angles, lighting, and composition.

- Working knowledge of editing and post-production tools to effectively collaborate with editors.
- Experience supervising creative output and maintaining visual standards.
- Knowledge of AI tools used in creative or production workflows is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with remote teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong creative eye and decision-making ability.
- Experience working with e-commerce brands or commercial shoots.
- Previous collaboration with regional or international production teams.
- Working days: Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturday off).
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
