The Role
We’re looking for an AWS Solutions Senior Specialist to join our team and help shape how we design and deliver secure, scalable, and innovative cloud solutions that power next-generation applications and AI-driven workflows.

What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform) for scalable, reliable deployments.
Build and optimize serverless applications leveraging AWS Lambda and event-driven architectures.
Integrate and operationalize AI-driven solutions, including AWS Bedrock and Agent Core for generative AI and agent workflows.
Establish CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, observability, security, and cost controls for cloud workloads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, compliant, and high-performing solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years' experience, with advanced expertise in AWS services including IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
Strong skills in Terraform (modules, workspaces, state management, testing practices).
Proficiency in Python or Java for Lambda; experience with Docker and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or Jenkins).
Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
Nice to Have
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Specialty certifications.
Experience with AWS Bedrock models and agent orchestration (Agent Core).
Background in AI/ML services, automation, and performance optimization.
This position will be located in St. John's or Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
