About this role

The Role

We are looking for an Omni Data Specialist to join our team in London. In this role you will be responsible for delivering the core function of the Omni service: ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client data across multiple databases in a timely manner. Builds and maintains strong client relationships and provides day-to-day client advice and support. Promotes the organization's capabilities to clients, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers, and achieves contract extensions or additional business within the account(s).

In this role you work efficiently with clients to uphold high standards, focusing on Omni’s core data functions and seamless quarterly processes. You should be collaborative and detail-oriented, you seek to improve operations and value both quantitative and qualitative data insights. You enjoy solving client data issues but prefer to stay focused on practical tasks rather than higher-level discussions.


What You’ll Do
 

  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide day-to-day client advice.
  • Conduct Omni Insight Review calls with Omni clients, in-person and video.
  • Assist with designing solutions for clients, ensuring that SLA’s and KPI’s are met.
  • Provide user training on system/new functionality and responds to user queries
  • Utilize specialized industry knowledge and experience to analyze validity and quality of client data.
  • Provide client support via phone, in-person meetings and via email for Nasdaq eVestment’s proprietary investment manager database and analytic Software-as-a-Service applications.
  • Work with the Product & Development Teams to identify and correct platform issues/constraints that prohibit accurate and timely updates of client data.
  • Ensure that clients realize the full value of their Nasdaq eVestment Omni subscription.
  • Ensure team objectives are met for turnaround time and quality/accuracy measures.
  • Assist clients with data-related inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses while raising complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Support senior team members by preparing client materials and assisting with service delivery tasks.
  • Continually work to improve our processes and help streamline service to all of our external clients and internal functions.
  • Collaborate with the Nasdaq eVestment Data Team to determine and implement broader measures to ensure highest possible data quality for our clients.
  • Manage client cases using SalesForce Service Cloud.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
  • At least three (3) years of experience in the asset management or banking industry with a consulting/financial advisory firm, investment manager, or banking institution is recommended but not required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and detailed analytical skills as client commitments are high and data is voluminous during quarter-end peak periods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently; aptitude to self-direct and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office, including advanced Excel and good database skills, and ability to expertly navigate Salesforce.
  • Be available outside of normal workday hours and over weekends as workload and deadlines require.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

What’s next?

This is a full-time position in our London office. We work hybrid remote and you are expected to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
