About this role

As an Executive Assistant reporting to Nasdaq's CFO, you'll play a critical role in enabling senior finance leaders to operate efficiently across a fast-paced, global environment. You will serve as a trusted partner to the CFO and finance leadership team, managing complex schedules, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO and senior finance executives, managing priorities across multiple leaders. 

  • Serve as a liaison between the CFO's office and internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure professional communication. 

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel logistics, and organize finance leadership events and strategic meetings. 

  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions to support cross-functional initiatives and financial planning cycles. 

  • Welcome and host guests, clients, and vendors with professionalism, representing the CFO's office with excellence. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 

  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in finance, accounting, or professional services environments. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with high attention to detail. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or publicly traded companies. 

  • Familiarity with business systems, approval workflows, and project coordination. 

  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
     

This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $64,000 - $112,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
