As an Executive Assistant reporting to Nasdaq's CFO, you'll play a critical role in enabling senior finance leaders to operate efficiently across a fast-paced, global environment. You will serve as a trusted partner to the CFO and finance leadership team, managing complex schedules, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO and senior finance executives, managing priorities across multiple leaders.
Serve as a liaison between the CFO's office and internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure professional communication.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel logistics, and organize finance leadership events and strategic meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions to support cross-functional initiatives and financial planning cycles.
Welcome and host guests, clients, and vendors with professionalism, representing the CFO's office with excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in finance, accounting, or professional services environments.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services, fintech, or publicly traded companies.
Familiarity with business systems, approval workflows, and project coordination.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $64,000 - $112,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
