Sales Executive

The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team, reporting to AVP-Sales. In this role, you’ll help drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives.

You’ll fit right in if you’re client-focused, proactive, analytical, and collaborative, enjoy working with senior-level stakeholders, and thrive in environments where you can influence outcomes and support business growth across regions.

What You’ll Do

• Support Senior Sales Executives in closing deals to meet team and company revenue goals.
• Manage and nurture existing accounts, helping strengthen relationships at senior and executive levels.
• Identify and articulate new business opportunities across markets and industries.
• Conduct and support regular customer status and strategy meetings.
• Respond to escalated customer issues and help drive resolution.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing/sales, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial function.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience analyzing market opportunities and supporting sales strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures.
• Additional certifications in business, sales, or related fields.

Location & Work Model

This position will be located in México City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
