This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state specific requirements for maintaining licensing.

Responsibilities for Facility Health Administrator (FHA):

 

  • Maintains overall administrative responsibility within the facility
  • Resolve routine medial and clinical issues
  • Coach and educate staff
  • Assist with recruiting efforts

Qualifications

Qualifications for Facility Health Administrator (FHA):

 

  • Progressive administrative/management training in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Have an active and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the State of  Arizona
  • Bachelor's in nursing highly preferred
  • Valid CPR card
