Responsibilities for Facility Health Administrator (FHA):
- Maintains overall administrative responsibility within the facility
- Resolve routine medial and clinical issues
- Coach and educate staff
- Assist with recruiting efforts
Qualifications
Qualifications for Facility Health Administrator (FHA):
- Progressive administrative/management training in a healthcare setting preferred
- Have an active and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- Bachelor's in nursing highly preferred
- Valid CPR card
