The incumbent will be leading Nanyang Executive Education’s FlexiMasters Programmes.
Key Responsibilities
To take ownership and lead business development efforts in the FlexiMasters Programmes
To understand the executive education market, and perform analyses e.g. market research, competitor landscape, segmentation, growth trends, value proposition etc and make strategy recommendations
To think strategically and to analyse and synthesize information into strategic actions as part of growing the NEE portfolio, in alignment with NBS/NEE overall business direction
To service existing clients, in addition to adding new clients, as part of growing the pipeline and portfolio
To work with closely with faculty to create learning proposals and programmes, through putting together information and persuasive ideas, that will meet manpower training needs and requirements
To ensure high levels of client satisfaction as well as build trusted relationships with clients
To grow strong relationship with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and find mutually beneficial ways of collaboration
To identify and contextualize internal and external stakeholder issues and engage appropriately
To assist in new corporate initiative development that will lead to better corporate processes and client experience
Competencies and Qualification Requirements
A good bachelor’s degree, with at least 10 years’ working experience, preferably in the executive education, L&D department of an organization, or in consulting.
A proven revenue-generation track record through business development, sales and bidding management
Ability to work independently, as well as inter-dependently, with in a team, and across teams
Customer-oriented disposition, with excellent interpersonal skills, and to be able to work with all levels
Good business acumen, with ability to develop proposals for clients in the areas of leadership and business management training
Self-started and problem-solver, who is adaptable to a changing environment, and is able to proactively address any challenges that may arise
Excellent written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills
Displays leadership skills and takes interest in nurturing and coaching junior members of the team
