- Naturally friendly, outgoing, and engaging—people light up when you say hello
- Experience using OpenTable or similar restaurant reservation software preferred
- Able to multitask and maintain focus in a busy, energetic environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable being fully present—personal phone use and texting are limited during shifts so we can give every guest our undivided attention
- Open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from shifts
- Prior customer service or restaurant host experience is a bonus
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A current Food Handler’s Safety Card and TAM Card
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or food service experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and converse comfortably with guests in English. Accurate math/cash handling skills
- Must be able to stand and walk long distances for at least 8 hours with minimal break time in fast-paced, crowded and noisy work environments. Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- At times, must be able to lift at least 30 pounds off the ground
- Compliance to any reasonable request by management and assisting server assistants.
