• Proven ability to manage complex priorities and deliver results for multiple leaders​

• Experience with automation, reporting, and process improvement tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor)

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, strategy, IT, or related field. ​

• Advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA) are valued but not mandatory.

• T&EO COO Office Support & Operating Rhythm – Coordinate key executive forums and maintain the operating rhythm calendar. Prepare meeting materials and track follow-ups to ensure timely action and alignment.​

• Global Workforce Strategy Enablement – Support global workforce planning and governance by managing workforce requests, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring alignment with capability needs while identifying and mitigating related risks.​

• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Delivery teams. Draft communications and support cross-functional alignment across Strategy and Enablement.​

• Reporting & Governance – Deliver accurate reporting on workforce metrics and transformation progress. Maintain governance documentation and contribute to reporting simplification and automation.​

• Deputise for COO Vietnam and/or AU Head of Delivery & Enablement in relevant forums as required
