Regulatory Reporting Manager (Remote - Germany or Spain)

If you have a strong interest in reporting and making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you will</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Ensure flawless and timely reporting processes.</li> <li>You take care of the plausibility check, control and documentation of the regulatory reporting process.&nbsp;</li> <li>Be responsible for statistical and financial regulatory reports of N26 Bank and Group.</li> <li>Enhance the Reporting function for effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.</li> <li>Implement new reporting processes as required due to regulatory changes or product launches.</li> <li>Represent the Reporting Team in cross-functional alignments with various stakeholders within the organization.</li> <li>You take care of the automation of processes.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you need to be successful</strong></h2> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience in banking, financial outsourcing companies or financial institutions.</li> <li>You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering or alternatively a bank education with appropriate further qualification.</li> <li>Knowledge of financial and banking legislation (CRR III,&nbsp; CRD VI and KWG), COREP &amp; FINREP and to work with regulatory reporting software.</li> <li>Experienced with regulations on banks’ reporting and technical specifications.</li> <li>Familiar in working on projects and setting up new processes.</li> <li>Ability to take ownership and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to details and analytical skills.</li> <li>Structured way of thinking and strong communication skills.</li> <li>Fluent in both German and English.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What’s in it for you:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe’s most talked about disruptors 🚀.</li> <li>Employee benefits that range from a competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness &amp; wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation.&nbsp;</li> <li>As an N26 employee you will have access to a Premium subscription on your personal N26 bank account.
