Role: Cloud Migration Engineer / .NET Application Migration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the migration of a .NET-based application from AWS to Microsoft Azure
- Design, plan, and execute cloud migration activities ensuring minimal downtime and risk
- Manage and support hybrid connectivity between AWS and Azure using ExpressRoute
- Support Kafka-based messaging architecture during and post-migration
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Datadog
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve migration-related issues
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices are followed
- Provide clear technical documentation and regular status updates to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience Cloud & Infrastructure:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience in AWS to Azure cloud migrations
- Experience setting up and managing Azure ExpressRoute
Application & Middleware:
- Strong experience with .NET applications
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (design, integration, or operations)
- Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Monitoring & Tools:
- Experience using Datadog for application and infrastructure monitoring
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Salary: 400 - 450 GBP Per day
