Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities :

•             Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.

•             Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria, adhering to the INVEST principle.

•             Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Development teams to ensure clear understanding and traceability of requirements.

•             Analyze and validate ISO 8583 message flows (authorization, clearing, settlement, and reversals) across different payment channels.

•             Create and maintain artifacts like BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

•             Support solution design, test case review, and UAT by validating requirements against implementation outcomes.

•             Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and operational standards within the payment ecosystem.

Required Skills and Competencies

•             Strong understanding of Payments systems, including cards, switches, gateways, and transaction processing.

•             Hands-on experience with ISO 8583 protocol and message specifications.

•             Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

•             Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and INVEST principles for writing effective user stories.

•             Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

•             Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•             Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
