About this role
Zur Unterstützung unseres Customs Teams suchen wir einen Customs Coordinator (w/m/d) für unser Büro in München oder Leipzig.
WAS DU TUN WIRST
- Überwachung eingehender Sendungen
- Kontaktpflege mit Speditionen und Kurierdienstleistern
- Importabwicklung unter Berücksichtigung des Außenwirtschaftsrecht, Präferenzrecht
- Erstellung Verzollungsanweisungen
- Prüfung, Aufbereitung und revisionssichere Archivierung der Belege
- Abgleich eingehender Lieferantenrechnungen nach Überprüfung auf Verzollung
- Erstellung von Nacherhebungs- und Erstattungsanträgen bei den zuständigen Zollämtern
- Klärung von Anfragen bei Verzollungsproblemen oder Verzögerungen mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
- Einreihung unserer Waren in den Zolltarif
- Datenpflege im ERP-System und in den internen Erfassungssystemen
WAS DU MITBRINGST
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. zur/m Außenhandelskauffrau/-kaufmann, Kauffrau / Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbar
- Erste fundierte Erfahrungen im Zollbereich, gerne unterstützt durch Weiterbildungen
- Idealerweise gute Kenntnisse im Import u. Präferenzrecht
- fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Microsoft Dynamics Navision von Vorteil
- Gewissenhaftigkeit im Umgang mit Kundendaten, Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
