We are seeking a motivated and organised Events Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting the planning and delivery of events across Syracuse and nearby locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and being part of live events from preparation through execution.
You’ll work closely with event coordinators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets high professional standards.
Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating events across Syracuse
Support event logistics, timelines, and on-site operations
Communicate with venues, suppliers, and vendors to confirm event details
Prepare event materials, equipment, and documentation
Provide on-site support during setup, live events, and breakdown
Ensure events follow schedules, safety guidelines, and quality standards
Maintain accurate event records and post-event reports
Support multiple events while meeting deadlines
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Clear, professional communication abilities
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
Previous experience in events, event coordination, hospitality, marketing, customer service, or administration is an advantage but not required. Full training is provided.

Salary: 23 - 25 USD Per hour
