Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You'll be responsible for the following:
Responsible for Change Control - protects & manages the movement of releases in the prod environment, develops common strategies for release governance & establish consistent release management processes, creates common standards & formats for release playbooks & standardize release decision-making
Change Control, Reviewing change requests, Calculating and communicating risks, System performance & efficiency, Advanced High Availability Capacity Building, Emergency handling, The guarantee of normalization, Documenting knowledge & Building solutions to support operations and development teams.
System performance & efficiency: Continuously improving the high processing performance of the system in a large-scale distributed system environment, ensuring safe,stable and fast operation of the system. Responsible for ensuring the operational stability of the platform.
Reviewing change requests: Tasked with determining the potential impact of the proposed changes, and whether the requested change is feasible and aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Calculating and communicating risks: Assess the potential risks and impacts of proposed changes to the organization. It reviews the potential impact on business processes, systems, and stakeholders while identifying possible threats to the organization’s data and security
We're looking for:
at least 6 years in SRE or as DevOps engineer practicing ITIL
With hands-on experience in design and development of large scale web application projects
