About the role
We’re on the lookout for ambitious Sales & Business Developers to join our growing commercial team at Mynt HQ in Stockholm. 🚀

If you get a kick out of building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving real business impact, this is your chance to jump into a fast-growing fintech that’s changing how companies handle spending and payments. How you’ll make an impact

  • Run the full business development cycle - from first contact to closing the deal.

  • Reach out to mid-level and C-level execs and build strong, long-term relationships.

  • Bring Mynt to new companies and act as a true ambassador for what we stand for.

  • Spot new opportunities and help shape how we grow in the Swedish market.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or financial services.

  • A strong mix of commercial drive, curiosity, and confidence in high-level conversations.

  • A creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, you make things happen.

  • Experience from a startup or scale-up environment (you enjoy when things move fast).

  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
