This role manages the product roadmap, coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches, enhances customer experiences, and develops strategies to maximize partner revenue and growth.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Drives growth and usage of Disbursement Products among GCash partners by defining strategic initiatives, analyzing key metrics, and leading data-driven solutions
- Responsible for defining and executing the strategy to accelerate usage & growth of Disbursements among GCash partners
- Analyzes product key metrics regularly and performing root cause analysis for any trends detected and identifying solutions immediately
- Manages product roadmap with the Product Owner to ensure product launches will be properly supported
- Collaborates with enabling teams to ensure best end-to-end customer (GCash Partner & GCash user) experience and readiness for product launches
- Implements strategic data-driven marketing initiatives, liaised between cross-functional internal teams and external teams
- Conceptualizes strategy to maximize revenue potential & growth of partners
