Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll be responsible for the following:
- Vendor sourcing, due diligence and contracting
- Designing Platform and delivery
- Translating business and operational requirements of business owners and stakeholders into appropriate functional and technical specifications and requirements.
- Aligning platform design with the product roadmap
- Managing Platform Lifecycle
We’re looking for:
- Minimum 6 years IT industry experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner/Manager or Project Manager.
- With at least 3 years stakeholder management experience
- Strong background on the following: Vendor Sourcing, Due Diligence & Contracting / Platform Design & Delivery / Platform Lifecycle Management / Service & Operations Management
- Experience and knowledgeable in MarTech or similar industries (AdTech)
Understands MarTech principles such as (but not limited to): Campaign Management, Data-Driven Campaign Analytics, Full Funnel Marketing, Email & SMS Marketing, Performance Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Mobile Measurement & Attribution

- The Platform Manager will be responsible for vendor sourcing, due diligence, and contracting, as well as designing the platform and managing its lifecycle. They will translate business and operational requirements into functional and technical specifications.
