About the role & team

We’re looking for a Web & Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. As Mynt scales, you’ll play a central role in evolving our brand, digital presence, and visual communication across channels. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys combining design, development, and execution.

We’re a small, high-performing team working closely with the business and sales objectives. You’ll have room to experiment, grow your skill set, and see the direct impact of your work.

What you’ll spend your days doing

• Build
  Highly responsive, modern websites for Mynt’s brands.

• Create
  Compelling visual communication and advertising — both static and moving — across digital and print.

• Optimize
  Our websites and visual brand for target audiences, SEO, and LLM-based search.

• Design & develop
  Engaging content and experiences for both virtual and physical events.

Who you are

• 1–3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-moving scale-up

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field

• A strong business mindset and an understanding of how design and web drive growth

• Proven experience working in Webflow

• Experience with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar

• A track record of creating effective, high-quality visual communication

• Strong skills in Figma

Extra bonus points if you…

• Have a solid portfolio showcasing modern animation, and interaction design

• Experience with frontend development

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Hands-on experience producing video
