Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll be responsible for the following:
- Vendor Sourcing, Due Diligence, Contracting and Negotiations
- Vendor Management
- Platform Design and Delivery
- Platform Lifecycle Management & Rationalization
We’re looking for:
- Minimum 6 years IT industry experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- With at least 3 years stakeholder management experience.
- Strong background in the IT domain, preferably in Data Analysis, Data Management and Data Visualization in a financial services setting (either bank or non-bank).
- Excellent analytics, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams.

- The Manager, Platform will be responsible for vendor sourcing, due diligence, contracting, negotiations, vendor management, platform design and delivery, and platform lifecycle management. This role requires a strong focus on solutions and processes within the Technology & Operations team.
