Contract Management: Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure adherence to agreements.
Risk Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, such as operations, training, quality, workforce, finance, to align vendor activities with organizational objectives.
Audit and Reporting: Ensure ARC teams provide regular audits and performance reviews, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to leadership.
Process Improvement: Continuously enhance vendor governance frameworks, policies, and processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for vendor-related disputes and drive swift resolution.

What you'll do
- The Manager, CX Vendor Management will oversee vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation while collaborating with various internal teams. They will also drive process improvements and resolve vendor-related disputes.
