- Prepare, review, negotiate, and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, together with the supporting documents/
- Work with contracts, identifying risks/issues, contract compliance, contract advisory and interpretation.
- Answer contract related inquiries and prepare any related agreements
- Represent company’s interests in negotiations with partners, suppliers and clients.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Verify internal clients’ compliance with company’s policies and internal procedures
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Chief Legal Officer, or of the head for Contracts, including, but not limited to legal research, case study, and the likes.
- Perform other administrative functions, related to the functions of his/her office.

What you'll do
- The Legal Counsel will prepare, review, negotiate, and draft legal documents and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies. They will also represent the company's interests in negotiations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
