About this role

  • preparing standard Corporate Affairs documents, particularly, the drafts of the Minutes of Meetings, Resolutions, Secretary’s Certificates, basic incorporation documents (including amendments), Proxy Forms, Nominee Agreements, Deeds of Trust, Deeds of Assignment, General Information Sheets, and Annual Corporate Governance Scorecards;

  • producing documents related to the development and implementation of corporate policies and templates;

  • proof-reading of documents prior to finalization;

  • preparing final copies of documents upon the approval of the Corporate Affairs Officer; 

  • assisting in the preparation, maintenance, and filing of corporate secretarial and governance documents; 

  • monitoring timelines for corporate meetings and filings with government agencies to ensure that trackers are updated on a day-to-day basis;

  • monitoring government regulators’ official emails and websites, including their social media, for advisories, circulars, memos, or developments that affect the Mynt Group;

  • ensuring that all Corporate Affairs documents are encoded in the Compliance Monitoring Database;

  • preparing pre-read materials for Stockholders, Board, and Committee Meetings; 

  • coordinating and routing documents and materials for Board and Committee signatures; 

  • coordinating with other Compliance and Business teams, as well as external contacts;

  • conducting simple research on relevant issues; 

  • performing a variety of document management tasks, including maintaining, receiving, sorting, scanning, printing, compiling, and transmitting documents;

  • performing necessary acts to ensure that Corporate Affairs and Compliance documents are properly notarized; and

  • performing such other related work as may be assigned.
