You will be responsible for the following:
- Deliver regular reports and analyses that highlight trends, patterns, and opportunities, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with teams across the organization to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Monitor and report the business scorecard, providing insights on how to meet targets, and raise red flags in case of potential misses
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Promote a data-driven culture within the organization, educating and empowering others to leverage data effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
We are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering is required
- At least 5 years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, and good time management skills are a must
- Proficiency in visualization tools is preferred (e.g., Looker, PowerBI)
