You will be responsible for the following:
Business & strategic planning
- Assist in building, maintaining, and constantly updating a rolling medium-term end-to-end financial forecast in coordination with various stakeholders
- Work closely with various business units and budget/finance/treasury to incorporate strategic goals and targets into the budget and financial planning process
M&A-related activities
- Build financial model to support valuation
- Develop optimal M&A structures
- Assist in due diligence activities
Corporate finance support
- Regular review and update of WACC
- Capital structure review
- Support Treasury in developing cash plan and funding plan
Market and Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct industry research and competitive benchmarking on a regular basis to assist senior management in decision-making
- Track and analyze competitor performance and major moves/initiatives. Ability to spot industry trends and draw insights is essential
- Prepares ad hoc analyses and reports as needed

What you'll do
- The Finance Analyst will assist in business and strategic planning, including financial forecasting and budgeting. They will also support M&A activities, corporate finance, and conduct market and competitive intelligence research.
