About the role

We’re growing fast – and we’re on the lookout for a curious, driven Business Analyst to join Mynt’s Finance Team in Stockholm. 🚀

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be right at the heart of finance, tech, and business. Your mission? Turn numbers into insights that help us make smarter decisions, build better products, and scale sustainably. You’ll work closely with finance, product, tech, and leadership, acting as a trusted partner who brings structure, clarity, and actionable insights in a fast-moving environment.

This role is perfect if you love diving into complex data and translating it into clear, meaningful insights. You’re not just crunching numbers – you’re shaping how we think about them. We're looking for someone who thrives in analysis, modeling, and communicating insights across the organization, ideally with a background in finance, management consulting, or tech.

You’ll be a key player in defining how Mynt uses data – from financial planning and operational analysis to ad-hoc business cases. In short: you’ll help us ask the right questions, find the answers, and turn them into action.

What you’ll be up to

• Analyze and communicate financial and operational data to support strategic and tactical business decisions.

• Build and maintain models, dashboards, and analyses related to performance, growth, and profitability.

• Support FP&A activities such as forecasting, scenario analysis, and business planning.

• Prepare insights, decision materials, and presentations for management and board.

• Continuously improve our approach to data, analytics, and reporting, both in tools and ways of working.

What you bring to the table

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar.

• Background in finance, consulting, tech, or a related field, with exposure to both business and data.

• Experience with financial models, forecasts, and performance analysis (FP&A experience is a plus).

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools

• University degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or similar.

• Fluent in Swedish.
