I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Report and Examinations Head is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the reporting, examination and compliance review processes within the institution. This role involves managing a team of analysts to ensure the institution adheres to regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk management practices. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and supervise the report and examinations team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities. ● Set objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure team adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. ● Ensure compliance on reporting and examinations requirements are addressed in a timely fashion. ● Oversee the deliverables to address results of compliance examinations, risk assessments, and operational reviews across various functions. ● Consolidate and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Stay updated on relevant banking regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure readiness on comprehensive examinations. ● Serve as a liaison between the institution and regulatory agencies/internal auditors; prepare for and respond to external audits and examinations. ● Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness across the organization.
