I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas) ● Provide day-to-day AML/CTF advisory support to business units, operations, and other key stakeholders. ● Interpret and communicate AML regulatory requirements to ensure business initiatives comply with local and global standards. ● Advise on AML implications of new products, services, and customer onboarding processes. ● Assist in the development and review of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure regulatory alignment. ● Respond to internal queries and provide guidance on complex AML issues. ● Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to assess and mitigate financial crime risks. ● Support the delivery of AML training and awareness programs across departments. ● Monitor industry developments, enforcement actions, and regulatory changes to ensure proactive advisory input. ● Participate in internal and external audits or regulatory examinations by providing subject matter expertise.
