ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with teams through regular participation in ceremonies and day-to-day collaboration to provide coaching and support.
Deliver individual and team coaching to enhance agile mindset, practices, and performance.
Facilitate regular performance reviews with team leads and scrum masters to address challenges and align on improvements.
Review team practices and backlogs to ensure alignment with agile principles.
Collaborate with leaders to share insights and guide team development.
Present key metrics and observations to inform leadership decisions.
Lead retrospectives to reflect on progress and identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct learning sessions on agile topics—such as Value Stream Mapping—to build capability and promote continuous learning.
Support ongoing agile transformation efforts across teams and the organization.

What you'll do
- The Agile Coach will engage with teams to provide coaching and support, enhancing their agile mindset and practices. They will facilitate performance reviews and retrospectives, and conduct learning sessions to promote continuous improvement.
