Advanced Radiology Services has an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join them in Alpena, Michigan!
- Full time
- Dayshift - 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Perform various IR and fluoroscopic procedures including but not limited to paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar punctures, myelograms, arthrocentesis, intraarticular pain injections; and GI/GU fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine injections, and arthrograms respectively, with image interpretation and documentation.
Certifications and Licensures
- AHA approved BLS Certification
- AHA approved ACLS Certification
Required Education
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Experience in interventional and diagnostic radiology is strongly preferred
- Experience in another procedural or surgical specialty is preferred

What you'll do
- The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will perform various interventional radiology and fluoroscopic procedures, including paracentesis and thoracentesis, along with image interpretation and documentation. They will also be responsible for ensuring proper patient care during these procedures.
