
(50%) Support the work of material handlers, order fulfillment and receiving personnel with stocking, organizing receipts, and cycle counts as required and directed by the manager. Expired inventory management, standard storage supply tasks (labels, bin organization, returns, etc.), communication for PAR levels, out of stocks, recalls, Nursing feedback from Customer Service tasks while working on units, customer service for clinical needs, process improvements when Leadership directs for next level operational excellence achievements.
(30%) Complete supply requisition by removing from inventory those items requested, packaging the order, staging for delivery.
(20%)* Maintain a neat, clean and orderly storeroom, receiving area, and outside dock area. Ensures proper rotation of stock.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain equipment as required, such as charging the electric pallet jack.
Distribute/deliver stock and non-stock orders throughout the Medical Center, and MOB�s including driving MyMichigan vehicle and being able to be insured through MyMichigan.
Checks in/ receives stock and items within the Materials Information System, replaces Supply Clerk II occasionally in relief.
In the performance of the regular job duties, it is appropriate for this position to have access to the medication room and supply room for the purpose of stocking.

Ability to lift/handle heavy objects, to stay on feet for long periods of time and to handle physical labor for long periods of time required.
Good customer service skills.
Mandatory Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training must also be completed annually according to the Exposure Control Plan.
