The team consists of a collaborative group of technical advisors who thrive on solving challenging legislative issues, supporting escalations, and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, we provide expert guidance and strategic direction to ensure our operations remain compliant, efficient and forward-thinking. Your day-to-day As the Manager of the technical team, you will lead and oversee the most complex aspects of case management.
