About the Role
Join our Workforce Planning Branch as a Project Officer, where you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality project management and reporting activities that support whole‑of‑government workforce insights. You will contribute to the coordination and successful delivery of the People Matter Employee Survey and workforce reporting by preparing reports and briefs, maintaining accurate project documentation, and ensuring participating agencies are supported throughout the process. In this role, you will track project milestones, analyse emerging trends, and provide data‑driven advice that informs decision‑making and strengthens workforce capability across the NSW public sector.
