Operations Officer The primary purpose of this role is to administer complex legislation while leading a frontline operational team that delivers services to industry professionals using Electronic Lodgement Network Operator (ELNO) platforms for electronic property settlements. The role offers a diverse and collaborative environment, requiring strong skills in client engagement, team management, legislative interpretation, critical thinking, and operational decisionmaking.
