About the team

Over the past few years, the Partnerships, Project and Insights team have helped the lives of people in NSW through initiatives such as Digital Identity & Verifiable Credentials, Vouchers, Grant and Rebate Programs, and have some great initiatives in the pipeline. 

The Communities and Construction directorate within PPI is a dynamic team, that partners with up to 30 NSW government agencies to deliver programs that improve people’s ability to interact with government services and make transactions easier. There is a wide variety of programs, including coordinating SNSW large scale disaster recovery grants response, delivering working with children and NDIS worker checks for the Children’s Guardian, and managing the refresh and refurbishment of SNSW Service Centres.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as Manager, Partnerships and Programs. This role is critical in driving strategic partnerships and delivering programs that enhance customer experience and support Service NSW’s vision of simplifying access to government services.

The role has a specific focus on relationship management and delivering programs on behalf of NSW Reconstruction Authority. Programs include Personal Hardship Grant deployment, small business and non-government grant deployment, and front-line service provision during disaster events.

As Manager, you will lead a team to design, implement, and evaluate programs that deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships, influence decision-making, and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.

  • Oversee program design, delivery, and evaluation to improve customer experience.
    Provide leadership and guidance to a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and manage risks effectively.
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
