The Task Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting daily operational workflows by pulling scheduled reports and launching company tasks through our internal task management software. This role plays a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with systems and repetitive processes.
Key Responsibilities
Pull and distribute daily, weekly, and ad-hoc operational reports as assigned
Launch and manage daily company tasks within internal task management software
Assist with the creation and setup of new tasks as operational needs evolve
Ensure tasks are launched accurately and on schedule
Monitor task workflows and report issues or discrepancies to leadership
Follow documented processes and contribute to process improvements when identified
Work Environment
Primarily computer-based work
Repetitive daily tasks with clear structure

QualificationsQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role preferred
Comfortable working with software systems and online tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools
Ability to manage routine, repetitive tasks with accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet daily deadlines
