  1. What You Bring to the Role
    • 2+ years of human resources experience required.
    • Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED
    • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  3. Support employee confidence and engagement by providing reliable answers to HR questions, clear communication about benefits, and assistance with employee events.

  5. Reinforce organizational standards by ensuring employees understand expectations, policies, and values from the beginning, creating consistency across departments.
