About this role
Buscamos un Senior Data Analyst / BI Senior para diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones avanzadas de análisis y visualización de datos, asegurando información confiable, oportuna y accionable para la toma de decisiones estratégicas del negocio.
El rol tiene fuerte foco en SQL avanzado, Metabase y en la traducción de datos a insights de negocio.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar y optimizar queries SQL avanzadas (CTEs, subqueries, window functions).
- Diseñar y mantener dashboards ejecutivos y operativos en Metabase.
- Analizar datos para generar insights alineados a KPIs y objetivos de negocio.
- Automatizar reportes, alertas y estandarizar métricas.
- Garantizar calidad, consistencia y gobierno de datos, documentando modelos y buenas prácticas.
- 5+ años trabajando con SQL y análisis de datos.
- 3+ años construyendo dashboards en herramientas de BI (Metabase u otras).
- Experiencia en entornos productivos y soporte a decisiones ejecutivas.

- Metabase (avanzado)
- Bases de datos: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, BigQuery (deseable)
- Modelado de datos (star schema, snowflake)
- Excel / Google Sheets (avanzado)
- Deseable: Python (pandas), herramientas ETL, Git
