About this role
Buscamos un Líder Técnico Senior en Data para liderar iniciativas de ingeniería y arquitectura de datos en Azure, participando activamente en el diseño de soluciones escalables, definición de estándares técnicos y acompañamiento del equipo de Data Engineering en un proyecto global de alto impacto.
Responsabilidades:
- Liderar técnicamente al equipo de Data Engineering.
- Diseñar y definir arquitecturas de datos escalables en Azure.
- Supervisar pipelines de datos, modelos e integraciones.
- Impulsar el uso de Infraestructura como Código (IaC) y buenas prácticas DevOps.
- Participar en decisiones técnicas, code reviews y definición de estándares.
- Asegurar la integración de datos con Power BI para consumo analítico.
- +6 años de experiencia en ingeniería y/o arquitectura de datos.
- Experiencia sólida en:
- Azure Data Lake
- Azure Data Factory
- Databricks
- Diseño de arquitecturas de datos escalables.
- Experiencia comprobable en liderazgo técnico (+2 años).
- Bicep (IaC) – requisito indispensable.
- Conocimientos en DevOps, CI/CD y control de versiones.
- Integración de datos para Power BI.
- Inglés C1
- Proyecto internacional de alto impacto.
