Misión del rol
Diseñar y liderar la estrategia integral de contenidos de la organización, asegurando coherencia, impacto y alineación con los objetivos de negocio. Este rol será responsable de impulsar iniciativas de contenido multiformato, establecer un way of work eficiente, liderar proyectos estratégicos y tomar decisiones basadas en analítica y performance.
- +5 años de experiencia en Content Strategy, Content Marketing o roles afines.
- Experiencia sólida en redacción estratégica y storytelling.
- Conocimiento en analítica de contenido, métricas y KPIs.
- Experiencia liderando estrategias, proyectos y equipos (directa o transversalmente).
- Conocimiento en pauta digital y contenidos orientados a performance.
- Experiencia trabajando con formatos multicanal (incluido podcast u otros formatos audiovisuales).
- Capacidad de estructurar procesos y escalar modelos de trabajo.
- Visión estratégica, liderazgo y autonomía.
