About this role
Community Behavioral Health Agency serving Palm Beach County hiring Case managers to serve children, adults and families.
Independent contractor position with flexible schedule. Full time hours (25+ hours) preferred.
We are currently seeking Targeted Case Managers!
CBHCM - FCB Certification (REQUIRED).
Coordinate needed services for children, adults & families in Palm Beach County.
Detailed description will be provided during interview.
Skills/ Requirements
- PALM BEACH COUNTY, must be willing to travel.
- Preferred Bilingual
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Related Field
- Min. 2 yrs experience preferred
- FCB - Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager required.
- Basic Knowledge of Community Resources
