FTE: 0.9fte, Shift:DAYS, Schedule: 3- 12 hour shifts with alternating weekend.
Position Summary
The Telemetry Technician, under supervision, observes the cardiac rhythms of monitored patients at the central nurses’ station to immediately identify changes in any rhythm, especially those that are life threatening. The Telemetry Tech performs multiple roles, such as a Unit Secretary and/or a Nursing Assistant and also performs administrative tasks for the unit. Collaborates to provide optimal care based on age/diagnosis specific needs, and provides individualized patient care integrating age related, cultural, and religious/spiritual needs within the scope of practice.Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Graduate of an accredited NAC program required
- Successful completion of mandatory internal EKG education and test to prove proficiency in rhythm interpretation with 6 months of hire
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Washington State (DOH) Nursing Assistant Certification required
- Current BLS certification required

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $23.95 - $32.84 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
