Purpose of the Job
Responsible for providing support for IT services, including incident management, problem management, and change management. Also to ensure that IT services are aligned with business goals and are delivered in a consistent, reliable, and efficient manner.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT service policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans related with IT service
- Assess and identify opportunities to improve IT service
- Oversee development and implementation of IT service policies
- Manage IT service costs and budgets
- Analyze IT service costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally
- Work in partnership with various departments to support the implementation of IT service policies
- Manage IT service requests and incidents
- Escalate IT service issues to the appropriate level
