Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Officer to oversee store operations, support sales execution, and strengthen partnerships with retail accounts across North Bicol.
Brand: Omega Houseware

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support assigned stores to achieve established sales targets

• Ensure proper product display, merchandising compliance, and optimal stock levels

• Coordinate product deliveries and closely monitor inventory performance

• Conduct regular store visits and handle field operations within the assigned territory

• Collaborate with Warehouse, Marketing, and Trade teams to ensure effective execution of in-store programs and initiatives

• SHS graduate or college level

• At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience

• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT)

• Willing to do fieldwork around North Bicol
