We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team! This role will handle the monitoring and processing of payments, ensuring that all payables and corporate obligations are accurately recorded and settled on time. You will play a key role in validating and safekeeping financial records while ensuring proper funding is in place before payments are made.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable for both regular and special expenses.
• Prepare checks, vouchers, and necessary supporting documents for payment processing.
• Safeguard and maintain accurate records of company transactions.
• Process bank-to-bank transactions, check payments, and debit memos.
• Support other functions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (preferred) or Finance Management.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
